Delivery Process

  2. Products are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
  3. Delivery partners will attempt to reach your address; if unavailable, they will contact you for resolution.
Packaging
  1. We prioritize eco-friendly packaging, using 100% recycled cardboard boxes and paper fillers where possible.
  2. Efforts are ongoing to reduce plastic usage and innovate sustainable solutions.
Shipping Locations
  • IndiDivas ships only within India.
Order Tracking
  1. After placing your order, you'll receive confirmation via email and SMS.
  2. Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. 
Estimated Delivery Time
  1. Most orders are dispatched within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  2. Delays may occur during Season Sales or when sourcing fresh products directly from brands.
Multiple Shipments
  • Your order may arrive in multiple packages from different warehouse locations. No additional shipping charges will apply.
Shipping Charges
  • Shipping is completely free for all prepaid orders across India.
  • We are charging Rs.19 on COD below Rs.1500
